Pre-construction soil treatment service in FL

Subterranean termites cause billions of dollars in structural damage across the United States every year, and South Florida is a primary hotspot. Our pre-construction soil treatment (often referred to as a “pretreat”) establishes a powerful, long-lasting defensive barrier right before the concrete slab is poured.

Using advanced, eco-friendly termiticides, we meticulously treat the compacted soil, foundation trenches, and plumbing penetrations to block termites from ever entering the structure. Once the treatment is applied, we immediately issue the necessary paperwork and certificates to keep your project fully compliant with local building codes.

Why pre-construction soil treatment is essential

Meets strict building codes

In Florida, termite pre-treatments are mandated by law for most new constructions to pass inspections and secure your final building permits.

Creates a seamless barrier

Treating the soil before the foundation is laid is the only way to establish a continuous, unbroken protective shield under the entire footprint of the building.

Prevents catastrophic future costs

Termite damage is almost never covered by standard homeowners' insurance. Stopping them before the house is built saves thousands in hidden repair bills down the line.

Provides peace of mind for buyers

Whether you are building to live or building to sell, a documented, professional pre-treatment certificate proves the property was built with longevity and structural integrity in mind.
